Seasonal lighting is installed before the holidays and removed in January — traditional holiday lights. Permanent lighting is a one-time installation of year-round LED modules that stay on your property and can display any color for any occasion via a smartphone app.
Community-wide HOA programs typically fall under our commercial service line. We coordinate with HOA boards on design, scheduling, and budgeting for common areas, entrances, and amenities. Individual homeowner add-ons can be bundled as well.
